Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage:

  • Maladjusted Vet LLC offers a limited warranty on our products to cover manufacturing defects and workmanship errors. The warranty period varies by product and is specified in the product description.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by accidents, improper use, or unauthorized modifications.

2. Warranty Period:

  • The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase as it will be required to validate your warranty claim.

3. Filing a Warranty Claim:

  • To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at admin@maladjustedvet.com with the following information:
    • Your name and contact information
    • Order number and date of purchase
    • A detailed description of the issue
    • Photos or videos of the defect, if applicable
  • Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for returning the defective product, if necessary.

4. Warranty Resolution:

  • Upon verification of the defect, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the defective product at no cost to you.
  • If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price.

5. Limitations:

  • This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
  • Maladjusted Vet LLC is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

6. Exceptions:
